Stephen Heppell - “It Simply Isn’t the 20th Century Any More Is It?: So Why Would We Teach as Though It Was?”
Professor Stephen Heppell gives the Pre-Conference Keynote for the K12 Online Conference 2008 and makes some very compelling observations. I strongly recommend that you take a look at this 40 minute video, where he talks about some interesting concepts (e.g., "us-ness" and "me-we-see") that have powerful implications for our students today.
